Salvia Divinorum The New Teen Drug
It's all over the news! Salvia Divinorum is the "New Teen Drug" What is Salvia Divinorum? Salvia divinorum is a plant from the mint family and a species of sage that is used for its psychoactive effects. Salvia is found in the Mazatec region of the Sierra Madre mountains also known as the Sierra Mazateca. Given the right dose, Salvia divinorum is a uniquely "magical" herb. Salvia is NOT a recreational drug in the way that other drugs like alcohol and marijuana are used. It is definitely NOT a party drug. But can be the best inner party. Salvia is best used by those wishing to explore deep meditative states, spiritual realms, mysticism, the nature of consciousness and reality, or even the possibilities of shamanistic healing. Salvia is a hallucinogen that gives users an out-of-body sense of traveling through time and space or merging with inanimate objects. Unlike hallucinogens like LSD or PCP, however, salvia's effects last for a shorter time, generally up to an hour. It is currently banned in only 4 states Missouri, Louisiana, Delaware & Tennessee. Researchers says that the Salvia has been blown out of portion and that salvia isn't "a party drug," "tastes terrible" and is "not going to be extremely popular." Disputing the fact teens are its main users and says older users are more likely. |
